These terms govern your use of Postroz. By connecting an account to Postroz, you agree to them.
1. What Postroz is
Postroz is a scheduling and publishing tool. It plans a calendar from a library of videos you provide and publishes those videos to social media accounts you have connected through the platforms' official authorisation flows.
2. Your accounts and your content
- You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You must own the rights to every video, caption and hashtag you upload, or have permission to publish it.
- You are responsible for what is published from your accounts through Postroz.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Postroz to:
- publish content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- publish unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit content;
- operate accounts you do not own, or engage in spam, artificial engagement or platform manipulation;
- breach the terms of any connected platform, including the Instagram Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
Breaking these rules may result in your access being suspended without notice.
4. Platform rules come first
Publishing through Postroz is subject to the rules, rate limits and review processes of each social platform. A platform may reject, delay or remove a post, and may revoke Postroz's access to your account at any time. Postroz cannot override those decisions.
5. Availability
Postroz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and scheduled posts may be delayed or fail because of platform outages, expired authorisations, or maintenance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postroz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost reach, revenue or followers, or for any action taken by a social platform against your account.
7. Ending your use
You may disconnect any account, empty your library, or ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by a platform or by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
